About Us

Lori, the founder of Om Yoga & Wellness, believes yoga is for everyone – not just the limber and strong. Anyone can benefit in some way from a regular practice. With practice, the mind and body become limber and strong.  She is proud to have had the careful guidance and trusted torch passed on to her through her training with YogaWorks, San Francisco.  YogaWorks, founded by Maty Ezraty, Chuck Miller, and Alan Finger,  has produced some of the most influential yoga teachers in the 21 century including Seane Corn and Kathryn Budig.  Lori combines her years of work as a nurse with her yoga training to guide her students in a safe, well rounded, and alignment focused practice.   She teaches with a light heart and gentle approach.  She teaches corporate yoga regularly at Chalmers University of Technology and is a volunteer Yoga Teacher at Ronald McDonald House, Gothenburg.
